Frytol was officially launched in 1988 in three pack sizes to meet the increasing needs of the Ghanaian consumers for refined cooking oil that adds vitality. It is now the market leader in the edible oils category.

Over the years, in line with our commitment to meet the needs of our consumers, we have introduced various pack sizes to meet the varied needs of our consumers on different economic scales. Presently, we have the following pack sizes: 

• 198l drum and 20l gallon  
• 4l gallon, 0.9l bottle , 
• 250ml bottle and 250ml and 100ml sachets

In meeting our consumers’ nutritional needs, Frytol is fortified with vitamins A and E to make our mealtimes not only pleasurable but healthy. 

Vitamin A boosts our immune system and helps our bodies to resist diseases and infections like Malaria and Diarrhoea and aids child development. 

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects the body from compounds that cause cancer, heart problems, strokes etc. 

Frytol contains no cholesterol.
